S.C. Studios is a 24 track digital/analog recording facility currently in storage in Austin TX. S.C. Studios will offer 24 track, fat analog 2" tape recordings. Tracking may be done in Analog 2" tape then dumped into DP4.5 or DTRS machines. All balanced in/out board gear for professional quality recordings and mixdowns. We track through a legendary MCI JH-636 console to a fat sounding 2" MCI JH-24 analog tape machine. Rates start at $225/per 8-10 hour block and are easily negotiable depending on the number of tracks and/or band members. Rates also differ depending on recording formats of either digital or analog.
